2022 Sculpture at Bathers dates announced
We are thrilled to announce that we have been successful in securing funding
from the Federal Government through the Restart Investment to Sustain and Expand (RISE) Fund – an Australian Government initiative, which is designed to help reinvigorate the Australian arts sector in dealing with the ongoing effects of COVID-19.
When announcing the funding the Hon. Paul Fletcher MP said “Arts and
entertainment is intrinsic to Western Australia’s identity, supporting
cultural expression, community and social wellbeing, along with significant
employment and economic benefits for the state.”
Sculpture at Bathers is one of 61 arts organisations to receive funding from
the latest highly competitive round. With only four successful recipients in
WA in this round, Sculpture at Bathers is the largest grant recipient in this
State with funds going to support our 2022 exhibition and the artists to be
selected for it.
