Greg Molloy is an Irish born artist based on Whadjuk Noongar land in Boorloo WA, who completed a BA in Fine Art at Curtin University in 2019.
A recent graduate, Molloy has exhibited regularly in solo and group shows around the metro area such as Goolugatup Heathcote cultural precinct, Cool Change Contemporary and Victoria Park Arts Centre.
His achievements include the City of South Perth emerging artist award (2019) and the Artsource supported spring mentorship program with Curator Sandra Murray (2020).
Molloy’s practice consists of combining print, drawing, kinetic sculpture and installation to create worlds for the viewer and the machines to inhabit. He was recently awarded a local government grant to further develop his Beast series, one of which is exhibited at S@B5.
Molloy is also director of an artist run initiative (ARI), ROOK, which supports the future development of artists.
