Live Music every night at Kidogo/Kelp Bar

We have a wonderful program of Live Music programmed for Kelp Bar for our final week of Sculpture at Bathers…

Sunday 5 March

5pm: Kelp Bar flash mob musicians, the BLACK and GOLD Star Ukulele Band, popping up to play in the studio from 5pm

6pm: an Irish musician and his fellow friends, called The Norfolk Pines playing on the deck at Kelp Bar from 6pm.

Monday 6 March

5pm: Kelp Bar flash mob musicians, the BLACK and GOLD Star Ukulele Band, popping up to play in the studio from 5pm.

Then: The Mexicans, a 7-piece roots & reggae act from Broome. They are touring to promote their debut album “Broome Chillies” and played at Nannup Music Festival this weekend. A few of the band are members of the well known Broome Aboriginal music family, the Pigrams. We will screen some classic projections too – to top off the vibe. It will be a BIG night!

Tues – Fri

Stu Loasby from Dom Mariani’s band will be Dj’ing at Kidogo – with his selection of fantastic old vinyls music!

Friday 10 March

The second last night of Kelp Bar – we will have a “Louisiana Fais Dodo Dance Party”Lucky Oceans will playing and putting together a New Orleans Trad Band and a chef from “The New Orleans Cafe” will be catering traditional Cajun food – hot boiled seafood with corn bread and salad – and we will have Louisiana themed projections… Should be a great FUN night!!
